Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about using Mimo and partnering with us.

  • How do I find the nearest station?

Open the Mimo app and check the map — it shows nearby stations and services around you.

  • How do I rent a power bank?

Find a Mimo station in the app, scan the QR code, confirm the price and take a power bank from the released slot.

  • How do I rent a bike?

Open the app, pick an available bike, scan its QR code and start riding. Return it to an allowed parking spot when you're done.

  • How do I rent an electric scooter?

Choose an available scooter in the app, scan the QR code to unlock it and pay for the time you ride.

  • Where can I return a power bank?

Return it to any available Mimo station in the network — just place it in a free slot.

  • How do I know the price?

The price is always shown in the app before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

  • What if there's no free slot to return a power bank?

The app shows free return slots at each station, so you can pick a station with space nearby before you head there.

  • What if I lose or damage a power bank?

Contact Mimo support through the app as soon as possible and we'll help. Any applicable fees follow the terms shown in the app.

  • How do I contact support?

You can reach us from the Mimo app or through the contact page on this site.

  • Is paying with Mimo safe?

Payments are handled through the Mimo app's payment provider — card details are never entered on this website, and Mimo does not store your full card number.

  • How do I become a Mimo partner?

Visit our For Business page or the contact page and tell us about your venue or brand — we'll prepare a proposal.

  • Can I install a station at my venue?

Yes. Cafés, hotels, gyms, campuses and many other venues can host a Mimo station. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.

  • Can I connect my own stations?

Talk to our team about technology and operator options — we'll explain what's possible for your setup.

  • How do I become a Mimo operator in another city?

Mimo technology can power a sharing network in a new city or region. Request an operator proposal and we'll take it from there.

  • How does the app work?

Find a service on the map, scan a QR code to start, use the vehicle or power bank, and return it to an allowed location.

  • Which devices can I charge?

Mimo power banks include built-in cables for common devices such as smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, wireless earphones and e-readers.
